Prevents a person who has been convicted of a felony or misdemeanor from receiving asylum.

H.R. 6392 - Home School Graduation Recognition Act
Ensures that homeschool students are not discriminated against while applying for college.
H.R. 4450 - National Education Association Charter Repeal Act
PROTECTING RELIGIOUS FREEDOM:

Repeals the Johnson Amendment, which threatens churches and places of worship with their tax-exempt status if a pastor endorses from the pulpit.
